Single Weekend Day (Fri, Sat, Sun): $8,450 

Single Weekday (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs): $6,950 

Exclusive Weekend (Fri – Sun): additional $2,000 (not available during peak months of June, September & October) 

If an extra day to decorate, a prior day rehearsal, or a rehearsal dinner on-site is important to you, or if you desire a third-party tent rental, please consider our exclusive weekend, which includes everything from the single-day package, plus additional barn access from 2PM - 8PM on Friday & 8AM - Noon on Sunday.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY RENTAL 

  • 15-hour exclusive access to 12,000 SF barn (8AM - 11PM) 

  • 2,400+ SF indoor heated reception area, comfortably seating ~210 people 

  • 3,000+ SF outdoor patio with Edison bulb lighting for cocktail hour, dining and/or dancing, with covered custom wood bar (bar service not included) and covered DJ station 

  • Two indoor and two outdoor (vineyard and wooded) ceremony site options 

  • Spacious, air-conditioned bridal suite with full LED vanity mirror wall, cozy furnishings and kitchenette 

  • Spacious, air-conditioned groom’s den with comfortable furnishings, mini fridge and recreation area 

  • Modern, indoor, heated and air-conditioned, ADA-accessible restrooms 

  • Wooden cross-back vineyard chairs and folding tables (6’ round and 8’x30” banquet style) for ~210 people 

  • 8’ and 6’ banquet style folding tables for catering, desserts, DJ, gift/registry, etc. 

  • Four elm farm tables (8’ x 40”) for head tables & four elm cocktail tables (3’ x 42”) 

  • Twenty-two 12’ antique oak church pews; oak wine/whiskey barrels; rustic wood spool cocktail tables and cake table; several ceremony arch selections (florals not included); easels for signage 

  • Outdoor fire pit (firewood responsibility of renting party) 

  • Access to full service or day-of event coordination services (contracted separately with vendor) 

  • Venue staff support for one pre-event planning meeting; floor plan development; optional discounted table linen coordination with A Classic Party Rental (cost of linens charged separately); supervision of setup, teardown and cleanup; and on-call assistance for venue-related needs 

  • One-hour ceremony rehearsal prior to wedding (date of rehearsal subject to farm availability) 

  • ‘53 Chevy pickup truck, ‘55 convertible Thunderbird, vintage “something blue” VW bus for photos 

  • Two hours of access to the farm, on a day of your choice (subject to farm availability), for engagement photos 

OTHER KEY INFORMATION 

  • WBF will provide a “Recommended Vendor” list after booking, but parties may use any vendors they prefer. 

  • Any provider of bar service must be licensed, insured and hold a 3-way (beer/wine/spirits) Type 222 Supplemental Catering Permit or a 2-way (beer/wine only) Type 118 Temporary Permit. Online applications for Type 118 Permits must be filed by the renting party or its bartender with the State of Indiana at (https://www.in.gov/atc/alcohol-permit-resources/alcohol-permit-applications-and-forms/). 

  • If a “Recommended Vendor” is selected for bar service, all permitting is included and WBF also provides use of its custom champagne wall at no charge (with champagne purchased from the bar service). 

  • Host liability insurance is required for each rental day, with “WBF and owners” named as “additional insureds”. Recommended providers are included in the WBF “Recommended Vendor” list. 

  • Final selections for discounted table linen rentals through A Classic Party Rental should be communicated to WBF at least 4 weeks pre-event, with changes allowed up to 10 days prior. To ensure availability, orders should be placed as soon as selections are known. Cost will be determined based on linen type selected. 

  • Gas patio heater towers (including one full propane tank per heater) are available for rent at $80 each. 

  • WBF is a non-smoking facility, except in designated areas (i.e., the outdoor firepit).
